30 Hudson Yards is multi-use residential, office, retail and entertainment destination located at the southwest corner of 33rd Street and 10th Avenue in Manhattan. The centerpiece is a 2.6-million-square-foot tower that is the second-tallest office building in New York, taller than the Empire State Building and home to the highest outdoor observation deck in the city. Additionally, Hudson Yards features “Vessel,” a uniquely interactive experience, features 154 intricately interconnecting flights of stairs, 2,500 individual steps, and 80 landings that visitors can explore.

ProFun was involved in the development of the observation deck and Vessel through the entire design process. From developing the base capacity and throughput planning models, initial operations design planning guidelines, and operating budgets for both features, ProFun was a key member of the team that produced these unique world-class experiences.
