Opened to the general public on April 13, 2025, Expo 2025 Osaka, Kansai, Japan ran for six months through October 13, 2025. Hosted on Yumeshima Island in Osaka Bay, the Expo covered approximately 155 hectares and brought together more than 150 participating countries, regions, and international organizations under the theme “Designing Future Society for Our Lives.” The event served as a global platform for innovation, sustainability, technology, and cultural exchange.

ProFun’s scope of work for Expo 2025 Osaka included early-stage operational advisory and design review services for the USA Pavilion. Working alongside BRC Imagination Arts, the experience designer for the pavilion, ProFun supported the design process by providing operational input focused on optimizing guest flow, enhancing the overall guest experience, and improving throughput capacity to align with anticipated attendance volumes.
