The Preservation Society of Newport County (operating as Newport Mansions) has a collection of eleven historic properties, seven of which are National Historic Landmarks. These properties now attract over one million visits a year from all over the world.

ProFun was retained to assist the organization and the Board of Trustees examine their current operations with the goal of finding ways to increase earned revenue. As part of this exercise, ProFun met with various executives and trustees to observe guest operations and develop both short-term and long-term strategies to increase revenue. ProFun evaluated various opportunities, while also understanding the constraints of both the facilities, the operations, and the organization. The initial strategy has been utilized to lay the foundation for long-term growth.

In the short-term, ProFun was able to assist the organization by restructuring ticketing offerings and raising revenues with minimal capital investment. The next phase to assist in is evaluating and implementing various long-term strategies to increase earned revenue.
